Abstract

Sexual exploitation of children in Indonesia receives special attention. The perpetrators of this crime must be sanctioned in order to have a deterrent effect because the act of sexual exploitation of children has a bad impact on their victims. This article aims to explain how the punishment sanctions stipulated in the TPKS andUUPA law for perpetrators of child sex exploitation and legal protection for victims in the TPKS and UUPA law. The research method that the author uses is normative juridical research. And the conclusion from the writing of this article that perpetrators of sexual exploitation of children is very worrying for the future development of children so that they can be subject to criminal sanctions
