Abstract

Education in general is a conscious effort to develop the potential of human resources through teaching and learning activities and training so that students can play a role in life in the future. Since the entry of the corona virus in Indonesia, the government has issued a new education policy regarding online learning and working from home. This certainly requires teachers to be better able to use and utilize various learning platforms so that students can get maximum results. This is also done by teachers from the two schools, namely SMP Islamic Qon and SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik, which use various different applications. It is from the difference in the use of application media that makes researchers interested in conducting research on whether there are differences in student learning outcomes. The research method uses quantitative research types, comparative analysis techniques and independent sample t-tests that look at three aspects, namely affective, cognitive, and psychomotor. The results obtained for SMP IQON's affective value were 74.60, cognitive 69.08, and psychomotor 86.92. SMPM I Gresik obtained results of 67.10, cognitive 85.17. psychomotor 88.57. So it can be concluded that there are differences in learning outcomes from the two schools
