Abstract
Compressor is a mechanical device that is used to add energy to a gas/air fluid so that the fluid can flow from one place to another continuously. The current compressor problem is gas/air fluid leakage damage to the Discharge Check Valve. Damage to the discharge check valve was caused by abnormal fluid pressure and the lifetime of the discharge check valve, causing the discharge check valve to be less than optimal and the pressure to be reduced, achieving the current target of 6.24 bar from 6.90 bar. The next problem is that there is no permanent compressor maintenance schedule available. This research plans a compressor maintenance schedule using the Gantt chart method and analyzes the main causes of damage using a fishbone diagram for gas/air fluid pressure leaks. Repairs are made to gas/air fluid leaks by making a compressor maintenance schedule (Preventive Maintenance Schedule) and completing a checksheet filling form (Preventive Maintenance Checksheet) to make it easier for technicians/operators when carrying out compressor maintenance activities. After improvements are made, the target achievement will be 100%
