Abstract

Human resources can create company efficiency, effectiveness and productivity so that company goals can be achieved, so it is necessary to carry out retraining to improve abilities and skills as well as service quality. Research on the influence of training on employee performance through organizational culture at PT. Bumi Lamongan Sejati uses a quantitative approach. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. In this research, variables include intensive studies on training through organizational culture on employee performance. . The population in this study were employees with a total population of 125 employees, of which 95 people had to be taken. The variables in this research are measured by providing scoring values, using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, path analysis and sobbel tests using the SPSS 22 program. Based on the discussion carried out in this research, it was concluded that training influences employee performance through organizational culture
