Abstract

CV XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the fiberglass sector. A Kualitatif deskriptif approach was employed using a case study at a manufacturing area produksi in CV. XYZ. data were collected through questionnaires, were gathered through direct observation., in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the 5S implementation has not yet been fully optimized. Some elements, such as tool arrangement (Seiton) and cleanliness (Seiso), have been applied reasonably well, but there are still challenges in the areas of standardization (Seiketsu) and discipline (Shitsuke), particularly in maintaining consistent employee behavior. This study concludes that effective 5S implementation requires strong management commitment, continuous training, and regular supervision to achieve optimal work efficiency and safety
