Abstract
Weather is a thing that can never be separated from human life. Weather conditions can affect the course of human activities, for example the level of rainfall can affect human decisions to go to activities outside the home, farmers' decisions in working on agricultural land, preparation for floods, etc. (Maharani, 2015). Entering the weather rainy season in Gresik district is not always the same every day, not always the same in every sub-district. These weather abnormalities can prevent the community from carrying out activities.
