Abstract

The frequent failure of products in the form of cracking of iron during the iron printing process, due to when the melting temperature data is not valid for the next process. If frequent product failures occur, production costs and production time will increase. A production system in the form of monitoring and automation of the iron smelting process until the automatic pouring of iron fluid that has reached the boiling point standard. The system input is DHT22 sensor and MQ-7 sensor. The temperature is used for inputting the boiling point of raw materials that have been set, when the temperature reaches the limit value, the furnace will pour automatically with a servo motor drive. Humidity is used to determine the value of humidity during the melting process. MQ-7 sensor is used to detect carbon monoxide gas levels contained during the smelting process, because it can cause air pollution at the smelting site. Results of the DHT22 sensor monitoring system and MQ-7 sensor can be displayed on the LCD, thingspek, and thingview, the temperature error value is 0.55% and the humidity error value is 0.66%. The result of the concentration of carbon monoxide gas content of methylated fuel is lower by an average of 17.41 PPM compared to the results of the concentration of soil oil fuel which has a higher average carbon monoxide gas content of 21.02 PPM. The average delay in sending data from the LCD display to thingspeak and thingview is 10 seconds.
