Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the characteristics of the board of commissioners,ownership structure, and company size on company performance. The population of this study are property and estate sector companies listed on the IDX. Samples were taken for 2018-2020 and selected using a purposive sampling method. Testing using SmartPLS4. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of the board of commissioners and ownership structure have no effect on company performance. Company size plays a role in company performance.
