Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian terhadap pengaruh kompetensi, independensi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja auditor internal perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling atau teknik sampel daerah dikelurahan Sukomulyo Manyar. Uji analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, independensi, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor internal perusahaan.
