Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 95 orang pegawai di CV. Usaha Abadi Gresik. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian secara parsial lingkungan kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas, beban Kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas.
