Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel CSR, leverage, size, ROA, cash flow terhadap konservatisme, pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi peneliti meliputi seluruh perusahaan property, real estate and building construction yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2018. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel cash flow berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme, sedangkan CSR tidak berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme.
