Abstract

Capaian tonase tahunan menjadi satu indeks keberhasilan unit fabrikasi. Namun, pengamatan laporan tahunan tonase 2017-2018 menunjukan terdapat beberapa bulan mengalami penurunan. Kelelahan pekerja menjadi spekulasi paling berpengaruh. Petrokimia Gresik processes various products that cannot be separated from factory equipment. Through the fabrication unit, this agro-industrial company makes its production equipment independently. The annual tonnage achievement becomes an index of the success of the fabrication unit. However, observations of the 2017- 2018 tonnage annual report show that there have been a few months of decline. Worker fatigue is the most influential speculation. Then it is necessary to measure the study in order to review the value of the workload that occurs in the farbikasi process. Workload measurements using an ergonomic approach with the Heart Rate method for physiology and NASA-TLX subjectively for psychology. Found the highest Performance / Performance (P) dimensions of an average score of 2566 (Monday 2580, Wednesday 2530, Friday 2590) in the accumulation of workload conducted on 12 respondents in 4 worker classifications. Companies are advised to provide training or certification to workers in order to improve competence so that new work technology methods that are efficient and motivating are obtained. Plus workers can be able to be more active, dynamic, and intense towards the specified classification fields. In line with the fabrication process can more optimally support the company's production.
