Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan pengujian Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dan Nilai Perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 perusahaan yang secara berturut-turut memperoleh skor kategori sangat terpercaya, terpercaya dalam riset CGPI tahun 2008-2013 yang dilakukan oleh The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) dan melaporkan kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility. Pengujian dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil regresi memperlihatkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan dan Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan dan Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
