Abstract

This study aims at finding out theimplementation ofreading aloudthroughvirtualmeetingsonEFLprimary students.Students have one month to use the zoom meetingapplicationasamedium to implementingread-aloud. The design of this studyisaqualitative method using observation,questionnairechecklist, and interview. Thesubjectsof this studywere grade 4 studentsat Nongekengschool, Thailand. The resultsfromdataanalysis show thatthere isapositive response from studentsduringthe implementation ofreading aloud using the zoom virtual meeting.Students can focus more on learning, beactive in class, haveagoodattitude,goodpronunciation and intonation of reading, andask questions confidently. However, there are obstacles during the teaching process suchas an internet connection. But it can be handled well, so the implementation of readingaloudthroughthevirtualmeeting isworthusingduringapandemic situation like this.
