Abstract

Achievement Motivation Training (AMT) is training to provide understanding, awareness and enthusiasm to individuals and groups to improve academic achievement. This research aims to empirically test Achievement Motivation Training (AMT) in increasing student achievement motivation in MA. Roudlotul Hikmah. This research is experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. From the specified sample, 10 research subjects from Madrasah Aliyah Roudlotul Hikmah students were able to complete the intervention provided. The data obtained were analyzed by pretest-posttest using the Wilcoxon test and obtained a p-value <0.05 with a Z score of -2.807. It can be concluded that Achievement Motivation Training (AMT) can increase achievement motivation in students at Madrasah Aliyah Roudlotul Hikmah.
