Abstract

Career is a developmental process that takes place throughout a person's life. Therefore, it is very important for individuals to be able to plan their careers as early as possible. Career Maturity is an integral part of the personal growth process. The researcher took the subject at SMA NU 1 Gresik, after conducting observations and interviews there was a class X that matched the researcher's topic. This research uses quantitative research methods. By giving questionnaires to students to find out how low the students' Career Maturity is. Then process the data using a Likert scale to see the results of the questionnaire. Researchers found 8 students in class X who had low career maturity after being given Pre-Test. Then the group counseling intervention was given to the student. After that, a post-test was given to see whether there was any improvement after being given group counseling intervention for 2 days. There are significant results that students experience an increase in Career Maturity and students can choose the right career for their future.
