Abstract
Learning achievement is the perfection achieved by someone through their actions, feelings, and thoughts. Learning achievement is considered perfect if it meets three aspects, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of parenting patterns on student learning achievement at SMAN 1 Kedamean. This type of research is quantitative with a survey method. Participants in this study were 177 students of SMA 1 Kedamean. Sampling in the study used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using Google Form for the parenting scale while learning achievement with report card grades. The data analysis technique used in this study was simple regression. The results showed that there was an influence between parenting patterns and student learning achievement. The percentage of the influence of learning achievement variables that influenced parenting variables was 19.3%. While the remaining 80.7% was influenced by variables other than the independent variables studied, it could be influenced by other factors, such as environmental factors, learning motivation, and emotional intelligence.
