Abstract
Skrining resep merupakan kegiatan yang sangat penting dalam pelayanan obat, karena dapat mencegah terjadinya medication error. Aspek skrining yang dilakukan pada pengamatan ini yaitu aspek administratif dan farmasetis. Tujuan pengamatan ini untuk mengetahui gambaran skrining resep secara administratif dan farmasetis di Apotek K24 PPS Gresik berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Pengamatan ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif yang bersifat retrospektif dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Hasil pengamatan skrining resep pada aspek administratif menunjukkan hasil sebagian besar belum memenuhi Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016. Hasil skrining administratif resep persentase tertinggi (100%) pada aspek nama pasien, alamat dokter dan paraf dokter, sedangkan hasil skrining farmasetis resep persentase tertinggi (100%) pada aspek nama obat, jumlah obat dan aturan pakai obat.
