Abstract

PT. Trisakti Jaya perkasa is the manufacturing which engaged in Kalsiboardproduct which concerned in efectivity and machine productivity.During this time, the company not yet to applied the productivity measurement as comprehensive, but the productivity measurement is measure just as partially. In order to facilitate the company for measure the efectivity and productivity of the machine as comprehensive, thenitwill be used the combination of The Overall EquipmentEffectivenes (OEE)Methode, and The Objective Matrix (OMAX)Methode. The process using the Overall EquipmentEffectivenes (OEE) Methodeand The Objective Matrix (OMAX) Methode, resulted the value of priority and the target of production machineas follows: (1) Stacking Machine (88%), (2) HatschekMachine (80%), (3) Press Machine (83%), (4) Mixer Machine (79%), (5) Dryer Machine (35,09%), (6) Chest Tank (83%), (7) Dilution Tank (71%), (8) Autoclave Machine (77%). The Apllication of the Measurement is applied on January 2014 at the first and second periode. the result of the measurement, obtained the increase of productivity amount 21,73 %.
