Abstract

Technological advances help human activities, especially in the corporate sector. One implementation is a personal information system for employee leave requests. This technology was also adopted by the Gresik District Health Service which is in charge of regional health. Leave requests, which are an employee's legal right, must be approved by their supervisor and are often granted after at least one year of employment. The computerized method of applying for leave is predicted to be better than the manual system. This research uses a waterfall software development methodology, which includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and system management, to build an efficient leave information system that supports organizational activities.
