Abstract

PT Swabina Gatra is one of the service providers in Gresik. In providing the best contribution to stakeholders while supporting the ongoing national economic development. PT Swabina Gatra always makes improvements and strengthens systems, procedures and system applications in all business areas in an integrated manner. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the supervision system using Turjawali Information Technology in improving the performance of human resources (HR) in the Security Work Unit of PT. Swabina Gatra. The background of this study is the challenge of supervising security personnel spread across various regions of Indonesia, which cannot be done conventionally and manually. By utilizing the Turjawali information technology-based supervision system, the company is expected to be able to carry out supervision in real-time, efficiently, and accurately. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews and direct observation. The research informants consisted of 8 informants who had been selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the use of the Turjawali system had a positive impact on increasing discipline, responsibility, and work performance of security members. In conclusion, the Turjawali Information Technology-based monitoring system has proven effective in supporting the management and improvement of security personnel performance at PT. Swabina Gatra.
