Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of the SMART Goals technique in overcoming career decision-making difficulties. This research is a quantitative approach with survey method. The research population chosen was Muhammadiyah X GKB high school students. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Data analysis used Wilcoxon test to determine whether there is a decrease in overcoming career decision-making difficulties. The results showed that the SMART Goals technique was effective in overcoming career decision-making difficulties.
