Abstract
Abstract One way to increase soybean production is applying friendly-environment cultivation by providing PGPR and choosing appropriate variety for specific location. The study was conducted in Gebangangkrik village, Ngimbang sub-district, Lamongan district, in November 2012 until February 2013. The research method using a factorial randomized block design, with two factors: the first factor using PGPR dose consists of 0 ml/l, 15 ml/l and 30 ml/l and the second factor is the variety of Anjasmoro, Grobogan, and Wilis varieties. There are nine combinations of treatments with three replications. Observations were made on the growth parameters and outcome parameters. Based on the research results can be concluded that the application of PGPR 30 ml/l can increase the soybean plant height. Willis variety showing growth and a higher yield than the Anjasmoro and Grobogan varieties. Willis variety yield potential is averaged 1.15 t/ha of dry beans, 129 pods/plant, 295 seeds/plants, 4.9 t/ha fresh weight of peas, 2.2 t/ha dry weight of pods, 20.5 t/ha fresh weight stover and 7.75 t/ha dry weight of pods. Treatment interaction of PGPR dosage and varieties occur only in soybean plant growth parameters that is application of PGPR 30 ml/l on Wilis variety. Keywords: specific location, anjasmoro, grobogan, wilis
