Abstract

PT. The Gift of Nature Fresh (CASH) is a company engaged in food processing and instant drinks, which have a number of permanent and contract employees approximately 10,000 employees and domicile area Manyar region of Gresik, field observation results obtained data from PT. Fresh Natural bounty for initially hiring a permanent employee under contract komamdo company that provides workforce. From the data for the calculation of a more optimal result the new data collection from the company, then obtained the following criteria: Psycho results, interview results, future work, attendance, employee performance, discipline, Personality, which tersebuat criterion is used because it is still associated with assessment of employees. Due to the process of permanent hiring is done by the company by way of beginning a long assessment records only of the length of service and attendance of employees, so the results are less precise, than the problem of selecting employees to less precise results were only using 2 criteria taking into consideration decisions and data processing is still limited. Hence, to use the application Decision Support System (DSS) is very useful for processing data using more kirteria and speed up the selection of the employees so that the results obtained are more effective. For comparison of test results with data from enterprise data by fuzzy database models Tahani, for contract employees who have good attendance performance is not necessarily good, then the details of the calculation of tahini recommend based on the criteria of data that has the smallest value so penentuanpenilainnya better targeted because by penseleksian determination of the smallest assessment of the data obtained Applications built to produce faster Staffing recommendations and level 90 % accuracy criteria Psycho results, interview results, future work, Attendance, Performance, Discipline, Personality
