Abstract

Work discipline and work experience defermine teh work achievement process, the purpose is to increase employee activity to finish their job. This study look Dinas Tenaga Kerja Pemerintahan Kabupaten Gresik employe as the subject. Data collections are main data and supporting data. Independent variable are work Disipline (X1), work experience (X2), and the dependent variable is work achievement. Population of this study was 43 employess. The sample of this atudy is 5% from krejcie table, that is 36 employess. Technique data analisys was multiple linier regresion t-test, F-test and dominiate test. This study used SPSS V-15 Program to collect the data. The result of multiple linier regresion was Y=0,280+1,007X1+0,975X2+e. The data standart that the result of work disipline variable in work achievement was gotten t hitung > t tabel or 2,145 > 2,0345, so Ho was hacceptable and H1 was acceptable. The data standart that the result of work experience variable in work achievement was gotten t hitung > t tabel or 2,288 > 2,0345, so Ho was hacceptable and H1 was acceptable. It means that work experience was influenced work achievement significantly. Beside that, work discipline and work experience was influenced simultanously (F hitung > F tabel or 5,757 > 3,28). Adjusted R Square = 0,214 was showed that the changing of dependent variable (Y) was 21,4% in X1 and X2 variable, and the rest 78,4% is caused of other factors which is not exsist in this model. Based on the result of dominant test tht, work experience has much dominantion in work achievment beside of the work discipline. The result showed that, work experience was 0,347 and work discipline was 0,325.
