The 5R program is part of Total Quality Management to create a conducive work environment. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge and attitude towards the implementation of the 5R among workers at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras. Methods: Quantitative research with observational analytic research design with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling, 50 mechanical workers. Tests carried out with the Kendall tau test and Somers'd. Results: It is known that mechanical workers have low knowledge 58%, high attitudes 74% and good 5R implementation 86%. There is no relationship between knowledge and application of 5R with a p-value of 0.1> (0.05), there is a relationship between attitude and application of 5R with a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05) and a value of r = 0.630. Conclusion: There is no relationship between knowledge and the implementation of 5R, but there is a relationship between attitude and the implementation of 5R in mechanical workers at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras.
