Abstract

Demineralize water is the main ingredient as boiler feed water. To maintain the quality of the content on demineralize especially water content results in a pH that should not be too low because it causes corrosion on the boiler it is necessary to check in the laboratory. However, the results of the checks demineralize water by laboratory unit for too long, so when demineralize water contaminated by liquid low pH resulting in damage to the boiler. In this study, demineralize water monitoring system using SMS to monitor content results demineralize through messages sent to mobile phones. From the results of testing this device can transmit the content of pH and temperature through the demineralize water using SMS with the timely and accurate. Demineralize water monitoring system is able to send SMS to destination mobile phone danger when demineralize experiencing low pH water.
