Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of human resources, the main source of corporate human needs to be done well, directed, and planned, so companies can compete fairly with other companies, considering the future competition between companies will be intense. Source human resources able to compete with competitors or with partners business only company that has the human resources quality. The research objective was to determine the effect of labor safety, health and discipline work to employees performance of PT. Iradah Delapan Workshop Division. This study used a survey method using data the primary obtained from questionnaries. The sample in this study was 57 of PT. Iradah Delapan Workshop Division. Samples were taken using saturated sampling is a sampling technique base on the entire amount population. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Safety Work influential work significant positive on employee performance. (2) Health Work nothing effect significant positive effect on employe performance. (3) Discipline a significant positive effect on employe performance.
