Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji strategi bisnis dan konservatisme akuntansi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2019. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 42 sampel yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan secara lengkap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi bisnis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan sedangkan konservatisme akuntansi tidak berpengaruh terdahap kinerja perusahaan.
