Abstract
Background: Awareness in implementing occupational safety and health as a preventive measure. Objective: To analyze the dominant factors that influence the level of employee awareness of responsibilities in OHS. Methods: The research design is a cross sectional survey with an observation approach. The population is all employees in 2023 as many as 240 people. The sample size of 150 respondents was taken by simple random sampling. Independent variables: age, tenure, education level, knowledge, attitude, coworker support, and work procedures, while the dependent variable is the level of employee awareness of responsibilities in OHS. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. Analysis with Logistic Regression test. Results: The Logistic Regression test shows that work procedures are the most dominant factor influencing the level of employee awareness of responsibilities in OHS with a wald value (15.445) and beta (4.654), and p=0.000 <0.05. Conclusion: There is an influence of length of service, education level, knowledge, attitude and work procedures, while age and coworker support have no influence, and work procedures are the most dominant factor. It is important to monitor the implementation of work procedures so that employee awareness of OHS can be maintained and even improved.
