Abstract
Employee performance is one of the measuring tools used to find out how good and bad employees are in a company and this can also reflect the performance of the organization or company concerned. The performance of permanent employees PT. X Gresik from 2021 to 2023, the number of employees who achieved exceptional performance experienced a decrease, while employees with poor performance experianced an increase. With the increase in employees who perform less every year and the number of employees who perform fairly stillmany of course can be an obstacle to achieving company goals. This research aims to determine the influence organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of permanent employees PT. X Gresik. The approach used in this research is a quantitative research approach. The sample used was 57 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS 22 application. The research results show that organizational commitment and job satisfaction partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research is limited only by the relatively small sample size, so it is considered less representative.
