Abstract

This study aims to test the Effect of Work Motivation, Leadership, Job Satisfaction Against Permanent Loyalty At PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi GKB Gresik. The number of samples used in this study were 36 respondents. Analysis techniques to test hypotheses using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that work motivation has an effect on employee loyalty, leadership has not an effect on employee loyalty, and job satisfaction has an effect on employee loyalty.
