Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Indonesia peringkat 9 sebagai negara paling stres di dunia salah satunya akibat faktor lingkungan kerja kebisingan yang melebihi nilai ambang batas bersumber dari adanya alat produksi dan dapat menyebabkan dampak auditory hingga non auditory. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan antara intensitas kebisingan dengan stres kerja pada pekerja bagian produksi pabrik es balok di Lamongan. Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat observational analytic dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di pabrik es balok di Lamongan dengan sampel sebanyak 30 pekerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengukuran kebisingan menggunakan alat ukur Sound Level Meter (SLM) dan pengukuran tingkat stres menggunakan kuesioner Survey Diagnostic Stress (SDS). Pengolahan data meliputi, editing, scoring, coding, entry data dan tabulating. Hasil: Uji Somers’d pada pengukuran kebisingan di bagian produksi didapatkan nilai 91,2 dB(A) yang tidak sesuai nilai ambang batas dan yang mengalami stres ringan sebanyak 22 pekerja (73%) serta stres berat sebanyak 8 pekerja (27%) dan diperoleh 0,004. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara intensitas kebisingan dengan stres kerja pada pekerja bagian produksi pabrik es balok di Lamongan. Perusahaan melakukan upaya mengurangi kebisingan dengan memberikan pelindung telinga kepada pekerja dan melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara berkala seperti, pemeriksaan pendengaran dan memberikan pelatihan dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan pekerja. Kata Kunci: Intensitas Kebisingan, Stres Kerja, Pekerja Pabrik. ABSTRACT Background: Indonesia ranks 9th as the most stressful country in the world, one of which is due to the noise work environment factor that exceeds the threshold value, originating from the presence of production equipment and can cause auditory and non auditory impacts. Objective: To analyze the relationship between noise intensity and work stress on workers in the production section of an ice cube factory in Lamongan. Methods: This type of quantitative research was observational analytic with a cross sectional research design. The research was conducted at a ice cube factory in Lamongan with a sample of 30 workers. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique. Noise measurements used a Sound Level Meter (SLM) and stress levels were measured using a Survey Stress Diagnostic (SDS) questionnaire. Data processing includes editing, scoring, coding data entry and tabulating. Results: The Somers'd test on noise measurements in the production section obtained a value of 91.2 dB(A) which did not match the threshold value and 22 workers (73%) experienced mild stress and 8 workers (27%) experienced severe stress and obtained 0,004. Conclusion: There is a relationship between noise intensity and work stress in workers in the production section of the ice cube factory in Lamongan. The company makes efforts to reduce noise by providing ear protection to workers and conducting regular health checks such as hearing checks and providing training in order to increase workers' knowledge.
