Abstract

Employees are one of the company's assets that must be managed properly. Selection of employees is very necessary in order to improve the quality of their performance. In running the company's operations, PT. Wiharta Karya Agung Gresik also held a selection of the best employees for career development programs in each part of its work field. When conducting interviews with HR, the selection of employees is based on a proposal from the head of the unit and interviews are carried out by HR in filling vacancies so that it will cause social jealousy for other employees. Therefore, a decision support system is needed for the employee selection process. This study uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method which is managed using an expert choice application and then proceeds to the TOPSIS (Technique For Orders Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method process to perform rankings to determine the selected alternative using the input weight criteria obtained from the AHP method. . From the results of the analysis using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. Syaifuddin, 0.448, the 5th candidate, namely Zenny Siska, 0.399, then Miftahul Amin, then Moch. Zazri of 0.367 and 0.044.
