Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has an important role in supporting organizational performance which encourages individuals to work to help achieve organizational goals. The phenomenon of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of Gresik Wheat Flour Company employees on indicators of altruism, conscientiousness, civic virtue, and courtesy is indicated to be still quite low, while behavior on sportmanship indicators can be applied properly. Therefore, one of the company's efforts in fostering employee organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is to pay attention to factors that encourage organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) such as organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in permanent employees of Gresik Wheat Flour Company. The approach used in this research is a quantitative research approach. The sample used amounted to 57 respondents using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS statistical application 22. The results showed that organizational culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction partially had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in permanent employees of Gresik Wheat Flour Company. This research has limitations only in a relatively small sample size, so it is considered less representative.
